Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Below is our policy for order cancellations at Treviqo.

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at +91 8796065003 or support@treviqo.co.in with your order number. A full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return under our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the product.

Cancellation by Treviqo

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly and you will be notified by email or phone.

How to Cancel

Contact Neeraj Kumar at +91 8796065003 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM) or email support@treviqo.co.in with your order ID. Cancellations requested after dispatch will be treated as returns.

Refund Timeline

Cancelled order refunds are credited within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
